Phantom’s Wild Thang placed 3^rd in the Abilene Field Trial Club Open Derby held at the LBJ National Grasslands near Decatur , Texas .  She had the best race of all the derbies and she just needed some bird work to win.  Birds were scarce there as always.  She is a terrific wild bird dog and it has been a pleasure to train her.
